Leave of Absence |
| |
|
-
A student, who wishes to take a leave of absence from his/her studies,
does so with the approval of the University.
- A student who has received approval for leave of absence
shall pay the student status maintenance fees
- The degree program must be completed within five years. |

Termination of Student
Status |
| |
|
A request for terminating a student status is approved
by the President :
If the student obtains a GPA of less than 2.0 in any semester.
If he/she does not register during the registration period.
If his/her GPA is less than 2.5 when he/she has finished more than
half of his/her work.
If he/she does not fulfill all the course requirements within five
years.
If his/her GPA is less then 3.0 upon completion of all course requirements.
If he/she has seriously violated the University regulations. |

Student Advisors
and Examination Boards |
| |
|
- Student
advisors: A student advisor may be a regular or a guest lecturer
appointed by the University. A student may change
his/her advisor with the consent of the University.
- The comprehensive examination board consists of persons
appointed by the University to conduct comprehensive exam.
Members of the board include an advisor and two or more other competent
persons. |

Approval of Degree |

|
- Graduating
students in each academic year shall formally apply for graduation
to the University at least one month before
the end of the last semester of the program.
- Students whose names are proposed to the Board of Trustees
for conferment of degrees:
* shall have completed all degree requirements.
* shall have cleared all fees and charges.
* shall not be a person pending any disciplinary
actions.

5,999 stands for Foundation Courses 6,000

Course Grouping |

|
There are four groups of courses
in the 36-credit program.
Foundation Courses.
Any student with insufficient knowledge
in Computer, English, and Business Concepts must take those courses
without credit.
Required Courses. There are 5 required courses
totaling 15 credits.
Required Elective Courses. Each student must take
2 required elective courses totaling 6 credits.
Free Elective Courses. Each student must choose
two elective courses totaling 6 credits.
Thesis or Non-thesis Option.
Thesis Option.
A student who prefers the thesis option shall complete a 12-credit
IC 7000 Thesis.
Non-thesis
Option.
A
student may choose the non-thesis option by completing three additional
courses for 9 credits pus a 3-credit IC 6998 Praticum Project and
pass the comprehensive examinations.
